Using private property rights you can keep the streams and rivers clean. Consider how in-effective the EPA has been in the past verses an alternative of having anyone affected by pollution, such as oil spills, can get recompenses for having thier life affected by thier greed - there is a danger to watch out for here & the part on property & media/info in the video below - people are beginning to sue for damage to the earth caused by fracking maybe one day we can sue for this air-pollution we are expected to tolerate despite huge advances in alternative energy simply because it is more profitable (you don't own the sun or the wind or our garbage).
