Fox-News/GOP People "Declare" A World War On Christmas

Background:
The Totalitarian Attitude Of Fox News Towards What Is Said On Christmas (They ONLY Allow "Merry Christmas"!)

Since my last post on this matter (see above) Bill O Reilly & Fox-News/GOP (same thing) have modified thier totalitarian approach of 'everyone MUST say Merry Christmas & Nothing else' to 'you must say Merry Christmas till December 25th' or so it seems. Why they are insisting that everyone do what they say is beyond me but hey, they are the same party as the House which has the lowest rating in history ... & since the Constitution says they are to set taxes (article 1 section 8) etc. and they have done nothing while insisting that everyone believe they are right for doing nothing but start fake scandals and waste our time... attacking the global economy so they can win elections and take us to war... so this sort of attitude actually make sense from a sick point of view. Hell, I even remember how Mitt Romney would say something nice to some group to charm them and EXPECT them to follow along if he had to go back on his word while he tried to knit together the varied GOP groups behind him (which he did consistently or rather Mitt was consistently inconsistent and his followers lacked the ability to notice... it's some sort of GOP thing), in fact, there is allot about the last elections that make me worry about a possible zombie apocalypse.

Anyways, meet the latest hilarity ensuing from the GOP's mouthpiece... Fox News:

World War C - Happy Holidays - Sarah Palin and Bill O'Reilly rush to Christmas's defense, despite its not being in any way threatened.  (06:31):

Above at 3 mins 45 seconds: "Seasons Greetings and happy holidays, Bill, does not offend Christians" : Reply by Bill O'Reilly, "Yes, it does."

i.e. "Christians" in the US are offended by everything. One might think they might boo the Golden Rule (you know, the rule where Jesus says 'Love thy neighbor')

O Wait! Too Late...

"Let the record show that on January 16, 2012, the good people of South Carolina booed the Golden Rule." ― Jon Stewart  [Note: Golden Rule = ‘Love your neighbor as yourself'. Matthew 22:39]

Notes:

At 33 secs where Bill O Reilly says Christianity is not a Religion its a philosophy he was copying me here. The only difference is that I can prove it. i.e. In ancient history 2 seperate forms of Buddhism emerged. One was a philosophical one and the other a religious one. The Philosophical one is the "Mahayana" or "the Greater Vehicle". It is the Southern Buddhism which no longer exists in Northern India, Tibet or Japan that Bill O Reilly could be referring to... or maybe he's just doing some sort of frame, saying that I'm lying & I'm a part of religion. If so I don't know why. I'm in Pakistan. People are peaceful here. I guess no one has seen the actual statistics of deaths in America? (see article extract below)

Anyways, I have explained Zen Buddhism (the philosophical path of Buddhism) in more detail here.

At 2 mins Bill O Reilly says Chirstianity has no organized form. Now he's talking about the Muslims! I posted this to facebook somewhere, but I can never find anything on facebook anymore. Anyways, Bill O Reilly must not be Catholic if he doesn't know about the Roman Catholic Church. I wonder who he thinks the Pope is? Himself?

Article Extract on JUST death by guns (murder) in America:

How Many People Have Been Killed by Guns Since Newtown?  Slate partners with @GunDeaths for an interactive, crowdsourced tally of the toll firearms have taken since Dec. 14.By Chris Kirk and Dan Kois

Update, June 19, 2013: As time goes on, our count gets further and further away from the likely actual number of gun deaths in America—because roughly 60 percent of deaths by gun are due to suicides, which are very rarely reported. When discussing this issue, please note that our number is by design not accurate and represents only the number of gun deaths that the media can find out about contemporaneously. Part of the purpose of this interactive is to point out how difficult it is to get accurate real-time numbers on this issue.

Using the most recent CDC estimates for yearly deaths by guns in the United States, it is likely that as of today, 6/28/2013, roughly 16,486 people have died from guns in the United States since the Newtown shootings. Compare that number to the number of deaths reported in the news in our interactive below, and you can see how undertold the story of gun violence in America actually is.
