Note 1: An Overview Of Male-Female Brain Differences

Both males and females start off with a basic "female brain". Then a testosterone surge in the 8th week burns of the "communication centers" of the brain to almost nothing while spurring growth in sections that govern sex and aggression. As a consequence, girls are more interested in nurture games and communication while boys want to tumble and run around.

These brain differences make a baby girl more observant of faces while male babies get distracted easily and focus more on mechanical objects. A female seeks to understand facial expressions and keep eye contact. As a result her ability to recognize a persons attention towards her and what the attention is communicating (happiness/anger) comes to a girl before she can even talk intelligently. Her skills at observing others, knowing what their mother/social milieu is expressing are highly developed. Boys on the other hand are not so socially sensitive. They don't notice the nuance of a facial expression or tone of voice the way a girl can AND also they don't seek social acceptance in the same way that a girl would.

So it is understandable the girls become better at language while boys are better are spatial organization and mechanical stuff. This creates a social environment where women are mostly in a connected group of friends, follows the social convention of her group, is an expert at body language and often, verbal manipulation. For example a young boys may fight to dominate while a girl would use language and make the person think they are being selfish - both getting their way through different means.

What this all means is not that each sex is programmed with a specific brain function and is that way for life, it just means these are the advantages and disadvantages that each sex brings to the table. Brain plasticity is a theory that has developed around studies that show the brain adapts to its environment, growing new brain connections to learn a new skill and decreasing them if its not needed. In other words, your brain keeps changing throughout your life. The old belief that the brain stayed one way throughout your life has been disproved.

Women playing Tetris (an old computer game) over 10 weeks have improved spatial ability. To the point where it is a man is not practicing as much as the women, she can easily beat him at his natural "spatial organization" ability. Men too can develop a nuance for language, communication and understanding body language.

The old myth that women can't do math as good as men has also been diprovedn . Women use different parts of the brain to do math, but when they do the practice they build the nueral connections to be just as good as men

Men are seen as the more aggressive of the two. Often they are seen as the only aggressive sex. That is a misconception. Both male and female have aggressive circuits in their brains but apply it differently. Women focus on verbal consensus to get their way - maybe using the phrase, 'you are being selfish' rather than a physical punch. A male will seek to physically dominate as his sex and aggression centers are larger. It is conceivable that is women were "in charge" they would create a social structure of verbal and psychological manipulation as opposed to outright physical force. In today's age, more civilized times (for some people, in some segments of society) men use the art of persuasion to attain political of business power. This is a page right from a woman's book. In fact, it is no coincidence that women have become more politically active - the times allow their specific skills to be used to gain social influence.

Many women try to change their man, making him more like a woman. They want him to communicate more fully, with more emotion etc. But a man simply doesn't have the connections with the 'amygdala' of the brain, which women do. So emotional expression of the type women enjoy and are well developed in is not something that comes naturally to many men. It can be developed in time with the interest of the man involved. But if your focus is to change him you are leading yourself down a relationship you will hate in the long run.

On the other side, men can't understand why women want to talk 'so much' (It's their communication centers of their brains). Or why women demand constant attention. (i.e if a man seeks to reach the 'top of the pack' a woman wants to be the center of attention of the pack)

A little girl will perceive her parent not looking at her when she is talking as someone who is not 'listening' to her. Noticing facial expression and keeping eye-contact is very important to a woman. It shows you are listing and validates her value to you. If you are watching TV and she complains you are not listening, this is exactly what it means. A woman expects your body language to be directed to her to show you are paying attention. This is what she would do so it is what she expects you (her man) to do as well. She sees talking as an important social bonding experience and she will feel that her man must communicate with her as she does with her girl friends. A man simply doesn't have the size of communication centers in the brain as women do. It's simply not something they are naturally inclined towards.

A little boy will rush off to explore and jump onto a jungle Jim to go down the slide%u2026 while a little girl will look to her parent for approval. This is not because a girl is more insecure, it's because she is seeking social approval (in this case from her mothers facial expression that this is OK).

A woman always wants to be the center of attention and that will be one of the main activities she engages in. So if she is not already the center of her social circle, her actions and words will be measured to hopefully attain that position. Since her goal is to be the center of attention (on some level), her social groups conception of dating, relationships and sex is what she will perceive as the norm (no matter how abnormal they may be to the rest of culture and society). If she is in a group that has no respect for each other and give each other bad advice, then it is best for a man to move on as she is unlikely to change. To a woman her group of friends are almost always right. Her communication centers creates a strong bond within her little group. If her group has low self esteem and lack of self respect, she will overlook these qualities so she can fit in and hopefully become the center.

For relationships there is one very important lesson you can take from this.

It is that men and women ARE different. We have just begun learning more and more about how men and women really are and how they can attain better lives. Now more than ever, self-improvement has become necessary for both men and women in different ways. Whether the reason is to gain a competitive advantage at work in understanding systems or reading your competitors, keeping in mind that everyone has different skills in dating and relationships because of how they see the world (i.e. brain design) it is easier to be more understanding and compassionate for others. This helps you develop patience, understanding and makes life more fun.

Most of all, men and women have to STOP expecting the other to behave like them. A woman will talk a lot. A guy will often ignore it. A woman will want a great deal of romance. These are the natural inclinations of men and women. To try and change your mate is to try and change their very brain structures of what makes them men and women. You can acquire new skills and your brain will 'grow' to help you accomplish your goals. But you can't change its basic functions.

Even if a woman beats a man at spatial games or a man beats a woman in social effectiveness, the parts of the brain being used for the same or similar functions are different. So even when one sex is as good or better than the opposite sex at something that is their domain, different aspects of their brains will utilized to do these same tasks. Brain scanning done of males and females doing IQ tests, for example, have shown that even with similar scores on the same tests, girls use different areas of their brains to solves the same problems.

So men and women will always be different even with similar skill sets. Respect this difference, enjoy this difference and you can always develop healthy relationships.

Note 2: Types of Cultures - Summary of the 3 General Types

Generally, you can explain the structure of a culture in three ways;

1. An egalitarian society (one where men and women are equal in rights).

2. A Patriarchy (Where men dominate), and

3. A Matriarchy (Where women dominate)

1 - When a culture or tribe is small. Such as in a fishing village or another such small community, tasks and responsibilities tend to get shared by all members of society. This leads to a social structure where men and women are basically equal.

This is a small hunter-gather group that depends on each other to survive and live in harmony with other tribes in a kind of large family system (i.e. the tribes are interconnected);

Picture
Article;
Because humans lived as hunter-gatherers for 95 percent of their species' history, current foraging societies provide the best window for viewing human social evolution, according to the authors. Given that, the researchers focused on co-residence patterns among more than 5,000 individuals from 32 present-day foraging societies around the globe, including the Gunwinggu, Labrador Inuit, Mbuti, Apache, Aka, Ache, Agta and Vedda.

A major point in the study is that foraging bands contain several individuals completely unconnected by kinship or marriage ties, yet include males with a vested interest in the offspring of daughters, sisters and wives.

"The increase in human network size over other primates may explain why humans evolved an emphasis on social learning that results in cultural transmission," said Hill. "Likewise, the unique composition of human ancestral groups promotes cooperation among large groups of non-kin, something extremely rare in nature."

The group's findings appear in the paper "Co-Residence Patterns in Hunter-Gatherer Societies Show Unique Human Social Structure." It is the first published analyses of adult co-residence patterns in hunter-gatherer societies based on census data rather than post-marital residence typologies, Hill noted.

2. When a culture become focused on hunting, especially when it reaches the totemic stage then the culture become dominated by men as men are the providers of the primary sustenance.

Imagine the above small hunter-gather groups have grown, made better weapons, hunt more and you get the social structure of the Apaches or Sioux or Cherokee.

Picture
3. When a culture becomes focused on agriculture, where the the image of growing is associated with the reproductive power of women, and women have traditionally done more gathering in hunter-gatherer tribal societies... then women dominate.
Picture
The above is an example of a figurine found, in variations, all over the world. pretty much. Many archeologists call this a "fertility goddess", although as a professor in college put it, 'in her day something that was required for theories was proof' i.e. it's called a 'fertility goddess' because of the large ass and breasts. Besides that there is no other evidence. In fact, based on some of its ancient locations and modern variations in India, Joseph Campbell theorized that it could be like a talisman. In this case, he called this figure a Symbol of 'the lady of the hearth' since those figures tend to be found around a fire place; which was the center of the tribe in terms of food, warmth and community. Since there are no features on the head (as it is in most figures, some even without heads), she is definitely a symbol that not only is ancient but emerged in later times as one of the goddesses in the Greek pantheon.

In fact, there is a theory (very well backed) that suggests that the reason there are so many variations of the Zeus myth of abducting 'mortal' women and having children with them that this represented the possible invasion of a patriarchal tribe into a matriarchal zone. Each female abduction, a takeover of a new region.

Obviously the hunting tribes(patriarchies) are more battle hardened and would win in any drawn out war, if there was competition over land.

Saharia's theory on the origins of patriarchy is mostly about the remnants of a civilization in decline. So we have a people that are violent. In atmospheres where the ions are positive rather than negative (because of the lack of moisture) to which humans have a negative reaction... imagine millinia of generations in such an environment! It also explains why the Saudis have the largest water plants and use the most water of any country in the world.

Another theory for the switch the a patriarchal society is based on an ancient myth of a time, long ago, when women ruled. A bunch of men got fed up with their rule and formed secret clubs, conspiring to take over. One day they revolted and men have been in charge ever since. [Don't remember where that myth is, so will update this at some-point in the future. You can learn more by reading Joseph Campbell's "Primitive Mythology", "Occidental Mythology" and "Oriental Mythology"]

Currently, the trend is a movement towards an egalitarian society. Though there is always opposition to equal rights.

Note 3: Overview of Literature & GOP Politician Views on Women

Summary: The GOP has been caught lying (by a woman on the GOP payroll), they have been caught supporting a rapists baby BEFORE the girl can even get pregnant, and they have been caught making this crazy (or as News TV calls it "extreme right wing") policy part of thier PARTY PLATFORM FOR THE 2012 ELECTIONS!(see links below)

Look at the overview of the GOP's war on women by MoveOn.org (mainstream US politics)...

Top 10 Shocking Attacks from the GOP's War on Women

1) Republicans not only want to reduce women's access to abortion care, they're actually trying to redefine rape. After a major backlash, they promised to stop. But they haven't yet. Shocker.

2) A state legislator in Georgia wants to change the legal term for victims of rape, stalking, and domestic violence to "accuser." But victims of other less gendered crimes, like burglary, would remain "victims."

3) In South Dakota, Republicans proposed a bill that couldmake it legal to murder a doctor who provides abortion care. (Yep, for real.)

4) Republicans want to cut nearly a billion dollars of food and other aid to low-income pregnant women, mothers, babies, and kids.

5) In Congress, Republicans have a bill that would let hospitals allow a woman to die rather than perform an abortion necessary to save her life.

6) Maryland Republicans ended all county money for a low-income kids' preschool program. Why? No need, they said.Women should really be home with the kids, not out working.

7) And at the federal level, Republicans want to cut that same program, Head Start, by $1 billion. That means over 200,000 kids could lose their spots in preschool.

8) Two-thirds of the elderly poor are women, and Republicans are taking aim at them too. A spending bill would cut funding for employment services, meals, and housing for senior citizens.

9) Congress just voted for a Republican amendment to cut all federal funding from Planned Parenthood health centers, one of the most trusted providers of basic health care and family planning in our country.

10) And if that wasn't enough, Republicans are pushing toeliminate all funds for the only federal family planning program. (For humans. But Republican Dan Burton has a bill to provide contraception for wild horses. You can't make this stuff up).

Strange that GOP Party Policy seems to be encapsulated in the following Old Testament scriptural example: “If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay the girl’s father fifty shekels of silver. BTW, on looking up Fox News reporters emails.... Rupert Murdoch's newspaper was caught hacking.

Notice the fuzzy math he uses to justify persecuting Muslims:

14,000 acts of terror justifies blaming the whole Muslim people but killing 1.2 million Muslims doesn't exist. (Everyone from Rumsfeld to Fox News avoid this and avoid the military rape problem and the fact thatthey lied for thier bloody convention - even Mitt Romney joined in on the hypocrisy - figures, he would be broke without the GOP bailouts). Even Greenspan admitted that the 1.2 million acts of terror in Iraq was for oil (1.2 million people were killed in Iraq for oil doesn't that make it 1.2 million cases of terrorism as per Bill O Reilly's argument?)... before he retracted his words. Now Rumsfeld and Fox News are acting like they made Iraq better off (political reputation is at stake... especially when your whole case rests on not doing what they did and just repeating these lies again and again in the GOP owned media).

At bottom, he still believes he has run up a very favorable credit-balance in the Enemy's ledger by allowing himself to be converted, and thinks that he is showing great humility and condescension in going to church with these 'smug', commonplace neighbors at all.”
― C.S. Lewis, The Screwtape Letters

“By this method thousands of humans have been brought to think that humility means pretty women trying to believe they are ugly and clever men trying to believe they are fools. And since what they are trying to believe may, in some cases, be manifest nonsense, they cannot succeed in believing it and we have the chance of keeping their minds endlessly revolving on themselves in an effort to achieve the the impossible.”

Bill O Reilly's Religious Hypocrisy

On one side...

Islam... Memo: Containing Radical Islam: Now all over the world, extreme Muslims believe they're allowed to kill people with whom they disagree. They even kill each other. Thousands of people are dying and the world's response is largely silence. Remember, the Sudanese government is allowing killers to slaughter hundreds of thousands of civilians in Darfur. As China blocks action in the U.N., the world just stands by and watches. There is no question that Muslim killers are a threat to the entire world. Iran is funding and arming Hezbollah, which may start a war in Lebanon any time. Pakistan is allowing the Taliban sanctuary so it can kill Afghans and Americans at will. And Al Qaeda is actively seeking ways to kill just about everybody. With Pakistan already having nukes and Iran on the way to getting them, you'd have to be a complete moron not to understand the danger here.

On the other side...

Christianity... To Peter King: O'REILLY: It is wrong. I agree. I've known you for a long time. You're not a racist. And Mr. Rush and Miss Dukes are cheap for playing that race card against you. But the timing of what you said — what you said was harsh. It was harsh. And you know, the man just died. He has people who love him. In hindsight, might you have waited a week? Read more.

Who is Peter King?

Article 1 on Peter King: But according to experts in counterterrorism law, if the tough-on-terror policies King trumpets today had taken effect a few decades earlier, King himself might have been subject to prosecution. Over parts of three decades, from his days as an aspiring politician in Long Island through his early years in Congress, King was one of the nation's most outspoken supporters of the Irish Republican Army and a prolific fundraiser for the Irish Northern Aid Committee (NorAid), allegedly the IRA's American fundraising arm. The IRA waged a paramilitary campaign against the British presence in Northern Ireland for decades before peace accords were signed in 1998. Part of that effort included bombings and shootings that resulted in civilian deaths in England and Northern Ireland. During the period of King's involvement, the US government accused both NorAid and the IRA of links to terrorism.

Article 2 on Peter King: "The British government is a murder machine," King said. He described the IRA, which mastered the car bomb as an instrument of urban terror, as a "legitimate force." And he compared Gerry Adams, the leader of Sinn Fein, the IRA's political wing, to George Washington.

The most accurate TV show on Native American and US History made by Steven Spielberg"Into the West" is a 2005 miniseries produced by Steven Spielberg and Dreamworks, with six two-hour episodes (including commercials). The series was first broadcast in the U.S. on Turner Network Television (TNT) on six Fridays starting on June 10, 2005. It was also shown in the UK on BBC2 and BBC HD from 4 November 2006, and in Canada on CBC Television.

The miniseries begins in the 1820s and is told mainly through the third person narration of Jacob Wheeler (Matthew Settle) and Loved By the Buffalo (Joseph M. Marshall III), although episodes outside the direct observation of both protagonists are also shown. The plot follows the story of two families, one white American, one Native American, as their lives become mingled through the momentous events of American expansion. The story intertwines real and fictional characters and events spanning the period of expansion of the United States in the American West, from 1825 to 1890.

You can understand how it could be mind boggling to a person from a 'primitive culture' to see garden art in a culture so far away from their own cultural perception. The same thing happens when someone from the west (who is used to no walls/ or tiny 'picket fences') enters the more closed cultures of the east who have their gardens on the insides of large walls.

Such differences in culture often lead to demonization in environments that are highly emotionally charged.

There, the space between what we were doing (the eye-watering waste and mismanagement) and what we were saying (the endless claims of success and progress) was filled with numb soldiers and devastated Iraqis, not scaredy-cat bureaucrats. That was too much for even a well-seasoned cubicle warrior like me to ignore, and so I wrote a book about it, We Meant Well: How I Helped Lose the War for the Hearts and Minds of the Iraqi People. I was on the spot to see it all happen, leading two Provincial Reconstruction Teams in rural Iraq while taking part up close and personal in what the US government was doing to, not for, Iraqis. Originally, I imagined that my book's subtitle would be "Lessons for Afghanistan," since I was hoping the same mistakes would not be endlessly repeated there. Sometimes being right doesn't solve a damn thing.

The simple reality is that no matter how righteous "Christians" in the South (and thier Fox News liars, er, I mean leaders)  like to feel about their beliefs, technically, they are far more violent, both historically and presently, than any culture known to man. Except maybe the Mongols. So far. This is because they seem to think any word in the immense historical document of the Bible is meant to be taken literally. Some off the contradictions are funny (to me), in that it is the basis for thier arguments supporting suppression of basic women's rights and they are just as expressive on the epidemic of rape in the US military or supporting rapists babies and giving rapists visitation rights, or attacking someone for being gay while the same book such as Leviticus will have verses forbidding pork, mixed textiles and tattoes all of which are ignored in favor of repressing women's rights and going after gays. In other words, even where they shouldn't be following some scripture cause the New Testament (Jesus - below) says it's outdated they are following the stuff of hate and ignoring stuff that they already do. If that isn't hypocrisy that can infect the hearts and minds of a population to commit horrendous atrocities, I don't know what is. Also note that a
fter committing murder some people will justify it. With Iraq it's pretending the war wasn't for oil because it destroys their whole legal justification. Poor Greenspan was thinking of old school politics of Monarchy rule. What if have is a weird sort of Oligarchy with an info-war going on.

For example:

New Testament
---
Matthew 5:17: "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them." (ex. thou shalt not kill)
---
Matthew 22:36-40
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’]"="">[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’]"="">[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

How do people in the west believe 2 contradictory statements? Because that's how they were taught rom hildhood. Notice the following dichotomies.

Old Testament
---
Leviticus 15:19
"When a woman has a discharge, if her discharge in her body is blood, she shall continue in her menstrual impurity for seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening."
---
Hosea 13:16 (King James) Samaria will bear her guilt because she has rebelled against her God.
They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to pieces, and their pregnant women ripped open.
---
Numbers 31: 17-18
17. Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
18. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
---
Deuteronomy 20:16
However, in the cities of the nations the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, do not leave alive anything that breathes.
---
1 Samuel 15:2-4
2 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.
3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
4 And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.
---
Psalm 137:8-9
8 O daughter of Babylon, O destroyed one, O the happiness of him who repayeth to thee thy deed, That thou hast done to us.
9 O the happiness of him who doth seize, And hath dashed thy sucklings on the rock!

The following is a woman who works for the GOP who has obviously been given her talking points and she is following them irrespective of any morality or any sort (hypocrisy of the type that is said by religious people to "leads to hellfire"):

The following is a documentary made during Ronald Reagan's time where the woman in the first video above worked as a scriptwriter...

Secret Government - The Constitution In Crisis (FULL) : The ability to exercise this power with impunity is facilitated by the National Security Act of 1947. The thrust of the exposé is the Iran-Contra arms and drug-running operations which flooded the streets of our nation with crack cocaine. The significance of the documentary is probably greater today in 2007 than it was when it was made. We now have a situation in which these same forces have committed the most egregious terrorist attack on US soil and have declared a fraudulent so-called "War on Terror". The ruling regime in the US who have conducted the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, are now banging the war drum against Iran.

General Electric and it's (initial) lack of taxes makes complete sense, as it's part of the government so obviously it will create policy that will benefit them.

NOTES:

Mitt Romney has millions of dollars saved in offshore Cayman Islands tax shelters
  • Holds a reported $33 million in the Caribbean British territory's accounts
  • Offshore banking could be one reason Romney is withholding his tax returns
  • Newt Gingrich reported 31 percent tax on his income -- in line with the top tax bracket

VIDEO: In 2002 Mitt Romney touted D.C. connections, ability to get millions of taxpayer dollars from federal gov’t

Back in March, ABC reported the following, but it’s likely that fewer people were paying attention, so, it’s time to revive the story:

In a long-forgotten tape from the 2002 Massachusetts governor’s race obtained by ABC News, Mitt Romney is seen touting his Washington connections and his ability to get millions of taxpayer dollars from the federal government.

“I am big believer in getting money where the money is,” Romney says on the video, “The money is in Washington.”

Mitt Romney On Abortions (For and Against! His hypocrisy knows no bounds!)
Notice that at 1 minute and 25 seconds Romney was FOR Abortion and then Became Governor and became against abortion (he has a very long record of not keeping his words... calling these "flip-flops' is being way way way too nice to his past! (though this CNN documentary takes a major step forward. Hopefully it's not a decoy or something that will be shoved under the run to become a part of the internet. Now Romney says he will support Abortion DESPITE the fact that his party platform doesn't allow it and Todd Akin and Paul Ryan LITERALLY co-sponsored bills.... this is one of thier policies in action (or derived from thier work)... "The GOP's Party Platform Supports A Rapists Baby EVEN BEFORE Conception/Pregnancy!" {Which even got marked down as unconstitutional which just provide more proof for an earlier preliminary theory of mine that the GOP & Fox News is a cult of Unconstitutional capitalists as opposed to Constitutional Capitalism (i.e. capitalism bound by laws of "we the people" not the Capitalism of Dick Cheney - also called Robber Baron Capitalism.)}

PROVEN: Mitt may have been pro-life and pro-helping rape victims BEFORE an election (as you can see in the video above) ... BUT he is NEVER Pro-helping rape victims AFTER an election. - PROOF from The Huffington Post =

BTW,

Romney Invested in Medical-Waste Firm That Disposed of Aborted Fetuses, Government Documents Show
And these documents challenge Romney's claim that he left Bain Capital in early 1999.Earlier this year, Mitt Romney nearly landed in a politically perilous controversy when the Huffington Post reported that in 1999 the GOP presidential candidate had been part of an investment group that invested $75 million in Stericycle, a medical-waste disposal firm that has been attacked by anti-abortion groups for disposing aborted fetuses collected from family planning clinics. Coming during the heat of the GOP primaries, as Romney tried to sell South Carolina Republicans on his pro-life bona fides, the revelation had the potential to damage the candidate's reputation among values voters already suspicious of his shifting position on abortion.

So much hypocrisy... lets just call it "The Infinite & Constant Hypocrisy of the GOP" and leave it at that?
