1:15 - Key Word = Risky Mortgages

2:20 - EVERYONE ON FOX BUSINESS INCLUDING EX-JUDGE NAPOLITANO FOLLOW THE SAME TALKING POINTS

3:20 - Jon Stewart begin to prove that several "business" channels not only don't know how a purchase of a business work but they also don't remember history (or maybe they just don't have access to any records of what they have already said & since all the media is basically using a Rupert Murdoch rag, i.e. Wall street Journal, they end up thinking the same distorted thoughts!)

4:15 - Even the guy Fox Business & Co. are pretending to protect (based on my year of observation) said he put aside money for the asset/business they bought for any liabilities (basic accounting practice). He put aide $28 Billion.

As Jamie Dimon explains... "Any liability related to the assets themselves will come with us". The ex-Judge AND none of hi BUSINESS channel co-horts know what an asset is! & they are talking about business!

Note: 3:29 - What Jury? (threat by Rupert Murdoch through EX-Judge Napolitano to do what they did with the Zimmerman Trail again?)

In the following video you see a person, obviously bought by Rupert Murdoch, and how fearlessly she mocks the NY Times while backing AN EDITORIAL from Rupert Murdoch's paper The Wall Street Journal! How many stooges does Rupert Murdoch have in the "liberal" neo-con media? I'm guessing all of the big 3 i.e. his channel and the channels that existed when George Bush was in power. {Links Below}

RELATED? From The Guardian: When this financial crisis began nearly four years ago the story seemed simple. The banks were broke and they told our leaders that unless the taxpayers bailed them out and took their private debts on to the public account, then the world would end. Our politicians believed them. We took on huge debts and bailed out the banks. Right or wrong, at least the story seemed straightforward: they owed us huge sums of money. Then as the crisis continued, a new group most of us had never heard of appeared – the bond holders. It turned out the banks owed huge sums to the bond holders too, and so did we. The story of who owed whom began to change. Gradually the story became less about the banks owing us money and more about owing the bond holders. It seems to me that our governments and their financial advisers from the banks have a double standard when it comes to debt and its repayment; one which greatly benefits the financial world and punishes the taxpayer. On the one hand, the debts of private banks and those who own that debt, the bond holders, are being protected from any losses by the publicly funded bailouts. Public debt, on the other hand, at the insistence of the same banks and bond holders we have bailed out, is being paid down at breakneck speed, no matter what the cost in unemployment and the destruction of social services.

Simple example: If you have 2 kids and one kid breaks a vase and blames your other kid... and to placate one of your kids you decide to spread the blame equally amongst both kids... EVERY PSYCHOLOGIST AND REAL TEACHER ON THIS PLANET WILL TELL YOU THAT"S BAD PARENTING. {In this example "we the people" are the parents and the 2 kids are the Republicans and Democrats. The Republicans are responsible for this shutdown and they got caught and are now scared. As parents we have to say, 'It's OK. You did bad. Next time you'll be better. Now you have to face the consequences for your actions and stop blaming your sister" (yes, most little boys go through this at some point in their lives, if they have younger siblings. However, the behaviour was wrong and time out is necessary. For the GOP, an equivalent time out, would be to remove them from office)}

Actually this I can understand. The GOP are known for passing laws without doing any research into the matter. They like to make decisions by the seat of thier pants (or some other part of thier anatomy). So they probably did expect there to be no effect from the shutdown. That said, a good government functions so silently we don't even know it;s there. The GOP is, in a way, complimenting The Obama Administration for doing thier job so efficiently that we didn't even notice the Federal Government existed. It certainly wasn't that way under the last administration but the GOP is also bad with remembering history so they don't actually seem to remember the Patriot Act and it's modern consequence, the NSA.

GOP Forgot The Individual Mandate & ObamaCare Are Designed By Heritage Institute

Background:
GOP's Shutdown Of The US Government Was A Planned Strategy! I Guess It's Just Business As Usual!
Jim Demint, President Of Heritage, Is Holding The US Government Hostage!
Picture

The only way to save face is to denounce The Heritage Institute (the Institute that started this whole Government Shutdown thing in the first place). You can't oppose/shutdown the government on the same kind of plan that your nominee for President used as his signature legislation in Massachusetts i.e RomneyCare. Which is also a conservative thinktank and ONLY makes market based plans. I thought the GOP was about Market Solutions. Apparently not!

From Forbes: How the Heritage Foundation, a Conservative Think Tank, Promoted the Individual Mandate

Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich tussled on the question:

ROMNEY: Actually, Newt, we got the idea of an individual mandate from you.

GINGRICH: That’s not true. You got it from the Heritage Foundation.

ROMNEY: Yes, we got it from you, and you got it from the Heritage Foundation and from you.

GINGRICH: Wait a second. What you just said is not true. You did not get that from me. You got it from the Heritage Foundation.

ROMNEY: And you never supported them?

GINGRICH: I agree with them, but I’m just saying, what you said to this audience just now plain wasn’t true.

(CROSSTALK)

ROMNEY: OK. Let me ask, have you supported in the past an individual mandate?

GINGRICH: I absolutely did with the Heritage Foundation against Hillarycare.

ROMNEY: You did support an individual mandate?

ROMNEY: Oh, OK. That’s what I’m saying. We got the idea from you and the Heritage Foundation.

GINGRICH: OK. A little broader.

ROMNEY: OK.

(Romney was prepared to go on, but Michele Bachmann, in her usual role as the person who makes the debates less useful, interjected and changed the subject. Here’s a YouTube video of the entire debate. The Gingrich-Romney exchange begins at the 27:38 mark.)

GOP Plays Shadow (A Child's Copying Game) By Blaming What It Does On Others Using Their Own Words

10/8/2013

Summary of what's happened so far:

GOP's Shutdown Of The US Government Was A Planned Strategy! I Guess It's Just Business As Usual! (this is sarcasm as this is the second time they have tried holding the Government Hostage... while doing the OPPOSITE in the past, thus proving thier outright hypocrisy)

The Cost Of Shut Down $300 Million Per Day & So Far, The Publicity Is Bad For GOP (Interestingly enough, when faced with a losing battle the GOP has the ability to move public opinion with lies ... & that's not even the worst part! Thier skill at lying is so good they don't even flinch! See examples below.)

Ted Cruz Talks About ObamaCare As If It's Already Started! Media's Fault Or Is Ted Cruz Trying To Pull A Fast One? .. status of this is currently unknown, i.e. if Ted Cruz is involved intentionally or acciedentally. So far the GOP seems to be playing a game of shadow. i.e. Whatever an opponent says they just repeat it back. BTW, does anyone really believe Ted Cruz is dangerous or was that justthe usual election cycle GOP threat to the population? Ted Cruz could easily be working for the Canadian government to destroy the US Economy (we wouldn't know). If the US is no longer the most trusted name for Treasury bonds on the planet then Canada could be... that must be his game plan, I hope, cause my theories just get worse from here)

GOP Leaders Even Admitted They Are Holding The Government Of "We The People" Hostage! (but when they are called on it, they say no it wasn't them! Simple reality is that the GOP are getting desperate for their lies to work cause if they don't then everyone will know one simple fact, what they are doing is committing Treason as per article 3 section 3 of the US Constitution and they know it)

More Shutdown Costs: Government Helps Women & Children... Not! Following traditional Texan policy, GOP's shutdown hurts women and children (as usual).

GOP Is Hurting US Citizens For A Minority That Knows This... But Publicly They Are Saying Something Else! (This gets better, notice Michelle Bachman's utter hypocrisy - proven below in more detail - with what the GOP did before, thus knowing they would shutdown the Government on the path they are... while pretending to Veterans that they are on thier side... but LITERALLY saying they are delighted with the shutdown later (see below). The fact that the US public buys these lies so easily is bad for National Security... unless credit rating and credit worthiness are no longer National Secuirty issues but can be destroyed at the whims of politicians and their sponsors).

The Height Of Bulls**t: Could there be a higher octane fuel for the Fox News false outrage exploitation engine than wheelchair-bound World War II veterans?  (06:19) :

Fox News proves that media can swing public opinion with lies!

Picture

All Fox News has to do is get someone to say something with a derogatory tone to it and obviously MSNBC & CNN will follow thier lead. Who cares who committed the crime when the nation is a 50-50 nation, right? Might as well spread the blame equally? (What crap! The GOP would never do that. In fact, they have consistently blamed EVERYTHING on Obama including thier assault on the US Economy & it has worked, so far).

Anyways, the GOP owned media did a GREAT job. Now people are blaming the ones who have nothing to do with the shutdown and this is quite literally the media's fault (see image above). As far as my arguments for holding the "news" responsible for National Security problems, I rest my case. Only fools would say I haven't proven the US news media is bad for the US economically and bad for the stuff that is connected to good economic health.

What's going on: How Big Money & Big Media Have Coupled To Create A 'Disney World' Of Democracy

Step By Step Outline

Picture

Sean Hannity uses the time tested "Liberals are evil" tactic which has been anchored DEEP into their viewers psyche.

Picture

Most Veterans are GOP voters, especially the older ones, so they only watch Fox News... so lying to them is easy providing they don't stumble across the truth. Fortunately, Michelle Bachmann has a solution that seems to flatter old people into submission (see below).

Picture

This one is interesting, the GOP has already admitted it wants something in return for opening up the Government (of which Congress is a part of)... so to blame this on Obama is just so wrong. If this is good for National Security... I'll eat my hat.

Picture

The tactic continues, basically blaming everything they did on the Democrats. It's like a thief breaking into a safe and blaming it on the cat!

Picture

Then you get to test the real metal of the American People. The GOP's policies including cutting funding for food stamps (meals for poor), social security (checks for the elderly) and medicare. In other words, the Paul Ryan Plan is LITERALLY designed to inflict pain on US Citizens. The question is this... is this a last ditch attempt to destroy the US Economy or does Fox News really believe they can pull off these lies in the long run? I'm guessing they know they have lost the logic battle so now destroying America is their only option left or US Citizens will find out what they are doing and lynch them!

Picture

Meals on Wheels is similar to Food Stamps isn't it? (Answer is yes, just in case!). You do know that cutting food stamps is part of the Paul Ryan Plan (i.e. it's been GOP policy for over 5 years now)

Picture

This part is great! Michelle Bachmann says she want's less Government but to the Veterans below she says she wants more government to help them!

Picture

Here Michelle Bachmann makes it clear that this shutdown has made her and her fellows "energized":

Picture

Here Michelle Bachmann makes it clear that this shutdown has made her and her members 'the happiest in a long time':

Picture

This is just sickening. To bring ancient Fox News lies about Benghazi that they used for Mitt Romney in the last general elections is just immoral on so many levels I don't know what to say...

VIDEO: Obama Decries ‘Republican Shutdown’ From Rose Garden (FULL SPEECH)

Transcript extract: And I want to underscore the fact that Congress doesn't just have to end this shutdown and reopen the government; Congress generally has to stop governing by crisis. They have to break this habit. It is a drag on the economy. It is not worthy of this country.

For example, one of the most important things Congress has to do in the next couple weeks is to raise what's called the debt ceiling. And it's important to understand what this is. This is a routine vote. Congress has taken this vote 45 times to raise the debt ceiling since Ronald Reagan took office. It does not cost taxpayers a single dime. It does not grow our deficits by a single dime. It does not authorize anybody to spend any new money whatsoever. All it does is authorize the Treasury to pay the bills on what Congress has already spent.Think about that. If you buy a car and you've got a car note, you do not save money by not paying your car note. You're just a deadbeat. If you buy a house, you don't save money by not authorizing yourself to pay the mortgage. You're just going to be foreclosed on your home. That's what this is about. It is routine. It is what they're supposed to do. This is not a concession to me. It is not some demand that's unreasonable that I'm making. This is what Congress is supposed to do as a routine matter. And they shouldn't wait until the last minute to do it.

The last time Republicans even threatened this course of action -- many of you remember, back in 2011 -- our economy staggered; our credit rating was downgraded for the first time. If they go through with it this time and force the United States to default on its obligations for the first time in history, it'd be far more dangerous than a government shutdown, as bad as a shutdown is; it would be an economic shutdown.

So I'll speak more on this in the coming days, but let me repeat, I will not negotiate over Congress' responsibility to pay bills it's already racked up.
Note 1: I have to point out thattax reduction for the rich at the cost of other citizens HAS to be funded somehow to make society as per the Constitution fair (the playing field isn't fair) - and in this video we see The Speaker of The House left out unfunded Bush wars + the huge reduction in taxes for the rich which is the single largest contributor towards the debt i.e. if you don't remove the causes of a problem the problem will persist.

Note 2:George Bush increased the debt ceiling in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006. 2007 and twice in 2008 (The Democrats have used the same strategy, though ineffectually)

Note 3: Obama missed the point that Debt Ceiling is like a family raising it's limit on how much money it can make to pay it's bills. i.e. in response to this: If you buy a house, you don't save money by not authorizing yourself to pay the mortgage. You're just going to be foreclosed on your home. That's what this is about. It is routine. It is what they're supposed to do.

ObamaCare Doesn't Even Start Sign-ups Till October 1st!

Picture

What's wrong with this picture?

From Fox News:

One man's ObamaCare nightmare

Andy and Amy Mangione of Louisville, Ky. and their two boys are just the kind of people who should be helped by ObamaCare. But they recently got a nasty surprise in the mail.

"When I saw the letter when I came home from work," Andy said, describing the large red wording on the envelope from his insurance carrier, "(it said) 'your action required, benefit changes, act now.' Of course I opened it immediately."

It had stunning news. Insurance for the Mangiones and their two boys, which they bought on the individual market, was going to almost triple in 2014 --- from $333 a month to $965.

The insurance carrier made it clear the increase was in order to be compliant with the new health care law.

"This isn't a Cadillac plan, this isn't even a silver plan," Mangione said, referring to higher levels of coverage under ObamaCare.

"This is a high deductible plan where I'm assuming a lot of risk for my health insurance for my family. And nothing has changed, our boys are healthy-- they're young --my wife is healthy. I'm healthy, nothing in our medical history has changed to warrant a tripling of our premiums.

"Well I'm the one that does the budget,” said his wife. "Eventually I've got that coming down the pike that I gotta figure out what we're gonna cut what we're gonna do, to afford a $1,000 a month premium."

Their insurance company, Humana, declined to comment, but the notice to the Mangiones carried this paragraph:

" If your policy premium increased, you should know this isn't unique to Humana -- premium increases generally will occur industry-wide.

"Increases aren't based on your individual claims or changes in health status," it continued. "Many other factors go in to your premium including: ACA compliance, including the addition of new essential health benefits."

ACA, of course, is the abbreviation for the President's new law, the Affordable Care Act -- which for the Mangiones will be anything but affordable because the law adds a new tax on every insurance policy and requires a list of additional benefits the Mangiones didn’t want to pay for.

Robert Zirkelbach, spokesman for American Health Insurance Plans, which represents insurers, explained that "for people who currently choose to purchase a high deductible, low premium policy that's more affordable for them, they are now being required to add all these new benefits to their policy.

That," he says, "is also going to add to the cost of their health insurance premiums."

This comes amid a huge debate over whether ObamaCare will raise or lower insurance rates.

For the Mangiones, that answer is abundantly clear.

Compare Fox News etc. Above With This Article's Information...

Quote 1: The historic segmentation of media markets is said to have allowed voters to surround themselves in closed and ideologically extreme social worlds. The influx of money into politics following the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 50 (2010), is said to have given an edge to ultraconservative candidates whose policy proposals flatter the pocketbook interests of the very richest Americans.
